Please note that we answer all tickets 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday CST. We are closed weekends and major holidays. If you send a ticket during off hours, you ticket will be answered in the order received the next business day.

NOTE: Please log in to the support ticket system to check and reply to your open support tickets. Please do not create new tickets to respond to the Support Team. This will ensure that we are notified and are able to reply in a timely manner.

STOP!!! This may help: If you are getting bounced to the Login page every time you click on a link in your Back Office, please take these steps to solve that problem:
1) Access your Back Office using Internet Explorer 8 or higher. Using Firefox and Chrome will cause you to be logged out.
2) Disable any installed firewall program you are running on your computer. You can enable after you are finished working in your Back Office, but a firewall will cause problems if not disabled.
3) Disable any Anti-virus AND any pop-up blockers you have running.
4) For MAC users, use only SAFARI to access the Back Office.
5) Please include your login and password to your Done For You Traffic admin area
If you don't know how to take these measures we suggest you search Google for details on how to do this for your type of computer.
Following these steps will enable you to work in your Members Back Office with no problems.
